Sharon has extensive experience of providing individual and group supervision for
psychotherapists, social workers, social care leaders and workers, residential care units, and other health care professionals. The supervision offered is not line management but rather a space to reflect on the work, what might be going on at a feelings level and on containment for the worker which enables longevity of service.
She is available to support therapists or other healthcare professionals seeking regular reflective supervision and also provides one off and recurring consultation to teams such as social work teams, CAMHS, residential care units and others seeking to better understand and plan for young people in their care and also to explore team dynamics and aid cohesion in systems supporting a young person.
